I am a Certified Master Cleaner that keeps up to date on the latest technology. I am also WRT and ASD trained and certified water damage specialist. You may not know this, but not all carpet cleaners are the same. Not only because some of them use deplorable advertising, but there is a big difference in how they clean. I use only a low moisture DRY Cleaning process that is Green Eco friendly and dry in about an hour. This is the method recommended by carpet retailers, manufacturers and allergist. The other methods are either too harsh on the carpet, or they just dont clean well.
